Experience preferred but not essential.
Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Undertake sales tasks relating to the sale of properties including prospecting, open for inspections and auctions
- Complete prospecting tasks to generate appraisals and listing opportunities
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value
- Organise and conduct open for inspections, private inspections and VIP inspections
- Manage internal company customer relationship databases
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Represent Belle Property at local community functions and events
- Promote sales through advertising, open homes and listing services
- Achieve and report to management on set Key Performance Indicators
- Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- SATURDAY WORK ONLY (no mid week work)
To be successful in this highly critical role, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Industry standard certifications (certificate of registration essential)
- Demonstrated organisational, analytical and problem solving skills with the perseverance to achieve goals
- Full of energy and genuine desire to learn and commitment to succeed
- Thrive in a high paced environment
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including professional correspondence and reports
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines
- Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships
- Computer literacy and keyboard skills of a high standard, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience in real estate programs
- Corporate, professional presentation
- Own vehicle
