The Role:
Joining a highly consistent performing individual, this is a role that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. Through expertise, dedication and of course, results, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting Open Homes
• Handling Buyer Enquiries
• Managing the Database
• Property Research
• Negotiating with Buyers
• Assist with Auctions
• Phone Prospecting
• Building and pest inspections 
• Marketing 

The Successful Candidate:

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration 
• Driver’s license 
• Previous experience in Real Estate 
• MUST have a passion for the Real Estate industry 
• Want to be a top-selling real estate agent in the future 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Outstanding organisation and time management
• Ability to deliver high end customer service to guests, owners and tenants
• Immaculate presentation
