Duties include: Ensure all customers receive an excellent experience with the brand throughout the purchasing process Convert instore, web and phone enquiries into leads and coach them through the process Take time to understand the customers needs and match them to the most suitable car Take prospective customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features Engage with customers in the Studio, Test Drive Centre, at events and offsite locations Support customers when completing relevant paperwork Managing the handover and delivery of vehicles to customers Accurately maintain the CRM system with customer information The ideal candidate will have: Experience gained in a VIP customer service or sales role, luxury retail/products, cabin crew or similar high-level client focused position Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to build relationships with ease The ambition and drive to succeed in a sales environment and a desire to hit or exceed targets A valid, full Australian Driver's License Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia Are you interested in finding our more?
