We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate with a strong passion for real estate, to work alongside the Selling Principal of our Albany Creek Sales office. Opening its doors in 2020, the team at Place Albany Creek has more than a decade of combined experience specialising in Brisbane’s ever growing north-eastern corridor.
This opportunity will not only offer you greater insight into the Real Estate Industry but will also provide you with a challenging yet rewarding career with the potential to be earning six figures by your second year within the industry. Ideally, we are looking for a confident communicator who takes initiative, is eager to learn and enjoys working in a positive and engaging team environment.
Requirements
In your capacity as Sales Associate, you will be directly supporting the Selling Principal on a day to day basis. Your duties in this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Build strong buyer relationships;
- Buyer enquiry management;
- Assist with open home and private buyer inspections;
- Proactively prospect to generate leads for potential qualified buyers and sellers;
- Prepare and provide open home feedback and reports to vendors;
- Coordinate and attend photoshoots, property styling quotes and appointments;
- Facilitate building and pest, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections;
- Liaise and negotiate contracts with potential buyers, in conjunction selling principal;
- Door Knocking and letter box dropping;
- Database management;
- General administration where required;
- Actively participate in all training and development opportunities;
Skills and Experience:
Although experience within the Real Estate industry would be highly advantageous it is not essential for this position;
- Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate or the ability to obtain one ASAP;
- Opportunity to earn 6 figures by your 2nd year within the industry;
- Current driver’s license with suitable vehicle is essential;
- Previous experience in a customer facing industry or sales environment desirable;
- Willingness to learn from the ground up and grow your real estate career within a budding team;
- High level of communication skills;
