Role and Responsibilities:

Are you a proactive and organized professional seeking a rewarding opportunity in the dynamic realm of commercial real estate? Harcourts Coastal Commercial invites applications for the position of Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate. As a vital member of our esteemed team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to the success of our diverse real estate portfolio.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

Communication Management:     Seamlessly handle incoming calls, manage call forwarding, and maintain efficient phone communication. Initiate "Just Listed" and "Just Sold" calls to prospective clients and diligently nurture client relationships through tactful cold calls.

Prospecting and Client Relationship Management:     Monitor new property listings, orchestrate property appraisals, and execute targeted direct mail campaigns. Leverage your interpersonal finesse to conduct door-to-door visits for both listings and sales.

Database Oversight and Engagement:     Oversee our Vault system data, meticulously input call data, set alerts and reminders, and coordinate action plans. Manage communication through electronic newsletters and SMS, ensuring clients are engaged and informed.

Market Analysis and Listing Compilation:     Provide Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports, compile comprehensive listing information, and actively participate in property appraisals to inform strategic decision-making.

Stock Management and Sales Support:     Facilitate on-site meetings, attend valuations and inspections, manage open homes and auctions, and contribute to the overall management of our current property stock.

Commercial Leasing Consultation:     Undertake responsibilities as a Commercial Leasing Consultant, including scheduling property inspections, addressing inquiries, conducting property visits, facilitating application processes, and delivering timely owner updates.

Qualifications:   

- Proven experience in sales/admin roles, ideally within the real estate sector.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in database management, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- A proactive mindset, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
