 RWTE is growing, so we’re looking for a full-time trainee or Sales Associate to support (and be mentored) by one of our most established & High Performing Agent's.

We understand that you mightn’t tick all the boxes yet, but that’s what we are here for! Extensive training will be provided both in-house & online with our own team & Australia’s #1 property network, the Ray White Group. All that we ask is that you:

 ·        Are optimistic, sociable and a cooperative team player.

·        Set & accomplish high standards of conduct & work.

·        Have the ability to be adaptable in a variety of situations.

·        Have the confidence to prospect within a targeted area

·        Have patience & take the time to listen to others.

·        Can build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with a diverse team.

·        Understand the need for quality systems & procedures.

·        Proficiency in relevant software applications or CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.
