What we are seeking:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and follow-up, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand history to effectively communicate with clients and enhance their shopping experience.
• Book one on one client appointments for the Bespoke Atelier, providing personalized recommendations based on their individual preferences and style, and bespoke tailoring services.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for all clientele.
• Maintain the high levels of organization within the store, including merchandise displays and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

About you:

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in menswear, with a strong understanding of high-end sales.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for detail, with a demonstrated ability to stay updated on industry trends and brand knowledge.
• Previous experience in men's tailoring is highly favourable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Proven sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to every client.
