Sales Associate/Co-Agent, BANORA POINT

Base + Car + Super + Commission

Anticipated yearly income approx $150k

We are looking for an experienced salesperson with minimum 2 years experience

Either with real estate experience or solid track record in sales hitting monthly targets and KPI's

Working alongside the Principal as a co -agent you will be responsible for but not limited to Perform all duties as an agent:

*Letterbox drops

*Cold calling

*Buyer management

*Business generation

*Appraisals

*Open homes

*Sales experience a must

*Real estate experience highly regarded

Minimum Certificate of Registration NSW or QLD and /or a valid Real Estate license, own car and phone is required to perform this role

You will be working in conjunction with the agency Principal so we are looking for someone with a high level of professionalism and maturity to deal with prospective buyers, vendors, solicitors, conveyancers and more
