Sales Associate/Lead Generator

Are you a driven self-starter who is keen to get their foot in the door of the real estate industry, while learning the ropes of how to build a database, service clients and learn the ins-and-outs of the sales role?

We currently have multiple roles available at both part time and full time capacities.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our award-winning team and fill the role of a Sales Associate and Lead Generators.
 

As a sales associate at Ray White you will be responsible for collecting data by making phone calls and door knocking, letterbox dropping, building and maintaining databases, reporting, market research, attending bank valuations and building inspections and providing ongoing support to your team.
 

This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring agents to learn the real estate ropes while gaining the experience needed to set them up for a highly rewarding career in Real Estate.
 

Objectives:

• Prospecting; phone calls and door knocking 
• Data entry
• Preparing reports and market research
• Maintaining/cleaning office database
• Develop and learn the salesperson role

To be successful:

• You will have your real estate license or are in the process of attaining it.
• You will have a great work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• You will also need to hold a current driver’s license and have regular access to a car.
