- Monitor and action the tenders inbox
- Be the point of contact for potential sales developing and maintaining the relationships
- Receive tender documentation and review documentation
- Be the conduit between the Sales Team and Estimators ensuring a smooth process for clients
- Coordinate meetings with management and relevant team members
- Manage and coordinate timely submissions of Tenders, Expressions of Interest and Capability Statements
- Review all submissions and ensure all elements of the tender are captured
- Review proposal documents including editing, grammar and spelling prior to submission
- Assisting management with administration duties and tasks
- Ad-hoc duties for the team
- Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous bid or administration experience within construction is desirable
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong Administration background
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Understanding the importance of quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Ability to work collaborative within a high volume, team environment.
- Demonstrate ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
