The CBRE Gold Coast office is a full-service corporate office and offers Sales & Leasing,
Property Management, Valuation and Advisory Services and Residential Project Marketing. Our Investments team specialises in the sale of investment and development properties between $1 million and $35 million and has a proven track record in achieving the best results for both
investors and owners.
Here's what you’ll focus on:
- We’ll set you up for success and give you the tools you need, providing you with key contacts, and significant leads and the ability to collaborate with some of the best in the industry.
- You’ll form a valued part of our team where you’ll partner with clients and build your existing network.
- Liaison between owners and buyers.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to source new listings by cold calling, mail-outs, and attendance at functions.
About you:
- Track record within Commercial Property.
- Enthusiastic, committed and ambitious.
- Adaptable, professional and delivery focused.
- A passion for Real Estate and a desire for success.
- A "team player" who loves contributing.
- An excellent communicator, able to liaise with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline and/or experience within the
- commercial or residential property industry is desirable but not essential.
