Healthcare Practice Sales is a niche online Business Broker in the Healthcare sector servicing clinic owners Australia wide. When medical, physio and other health clinic owners need to sell their clinics, our expert team prepares the purchase price estimate, sales prospectus, marketing approach and buyer networks to assist clinic owners in selling their businesses.

Open to suitably experienced applicants Australia-wide.

This Part-Time role is 100% Work From Home.

Requiring daily hours Mon-to-Fri during business hours. Immediate start.


The role:

Due to our growth, we are looking to expand our small team with this exciting opportunity for a full-time Business Broker. Due to the flexibility of the role the person can be based anywhere in Australia.

Our nation-wide brokering service requires an outgoing and motivated sales broker with a positive, “can-do” attitude.

You will be assisting the other Business Brokers within the brokering service to ensure key service milestones are met, using company processes to help negotiate terms for settlements and managing day-to-day sales tasks. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a fast learner to new streamlined processes to get the job done more accurately and easily. If you can connect instantly with people, are very coachable, are very organised, then we'd love to hear from you!

The Healthcare Business Broker role:

  • Will NOT involve prospecting nor calculating valuations/appraisal estimates
  • 20hrs/wk during business hours (daily and Mon-Fri)
  • 100% Work From Home
  • Assist the Brokering service with sales negotiation + communication
  • Answer sales and phone enquiries from clients in a timely manner
  • Handling sensitive documents between sellers and buyers of clinics
  • Work closely with the 3 teams to provide responsive support
  • Advise vendors of sales and marketing options
  • Assess buyer needs and select businesses for their consideration
  • Provide advice to buyers on the merits of businesses and the terms of sale
  • Offer advice for buying and selling businesses and structure the terms of settlement

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to connect instantly with clients
  • History of being a fast learner of new systems and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be coachable and open to learning an innovative way of service
  • Have a passion for service excellence
  • Confidence and professional level of communication both verbal and written with clients and professionals
  • Well organised with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • You will be a positive team member who helps build a positive workplace culture, presents themself in a professional manner and yet works well autonomously
  • You will be resilient with a strong work ethic to help enhance solutions for our clients
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage a wide range of tasks
  • Confidence and efficiency in working with online technology and tools, especially Excel spreadsheets
  • Efficiency in accessing and sharing electronic documents in OneDrive (highly desirable)
  • Compliant with Privacy and Confidentiality best practices for sensitive information
  • Strong, reliable internet for online technology tools & daily use of Teams
  • Home office setup, incl monitor/webcam and separate keyboard for provided work desktop
