About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in our team's success. Collaborating closely with the Divisional Manager and Sales Estimator, you'll ensure smooth transitions from tenders to contracts. Your proactive approach will see you forging new connections with land developers and agents, uncovering fresh opportunities in the market. Guiding clients through the sales journey, from initial design concepts to contract finalization, will be your forte. Seamless coordination with internal teams and leveraging our cutting-edge software will be key to your success.
Your responsibilities will span dynamic sales of upscale homes, crafting initial estimates, and managing Sales Tender Requests. Prior experience in sales within the home build industry, particularly in New Homes, is preferred. Your knack for prospecting, networking, and lead-generation, coupled with a keen eye for detail in reading plans and understanding council requirements, will set you apart.
