As a Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be on delivering world-class customer experience through private site tours, events, colour selections, and contract management. Your role involves ensuring that clients have a seamless and enjoyable journey from initial inquiry through to the handover of their new home.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales or customer service, with experience in real estate or over-50s/retirement villages viewed favorably. If you excel in converting leads into sales, have impeccable presentation and communication skills, and are motivated by customer-centric values, we want to hear from you.

Ideally you will have:-
- Previous sales or customer service experience in any industry, however real estate or retirement village experience will be looked upon favourably;
- Proven ability to convert interest and enquiries into sales;
- A warm and inviting manner, and the ability to develop a rapport with customers and particularly our target market;
- Flexible with hours and availability to work weekends;
- Professional presentation;
- Motivation and be customer focused;
- Good skills on Word, Excel, Outlook;
- The ability to work as part of a close knit team and be flexible with duties;
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
