The Role:
As a sales Consultant and working under the Manager, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling our products. You will be pivotal in ensuring the company continues to drive sales of products. Being part of the sales team, you will ensure timely responses to online leads & enquiries converting them into sales. You will be working closely with the Logistics, Administration and Accounts teams.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales (caravan, automotive, tiny home, Residential Construction sales experience will be highly regarded)
- Excellent understanding of the sales process
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Ability to easily communicate and connect well with people.
- MS Office suite - intermediate level
- Strong negotiation skills
- CRM experience
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Business development using warm leads.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product inventory, features and specifications.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and informed manner.
- Monitor customer leads and resolve any issues.
- Follow-up quotes and sales enquiries
- Negotiation and close of sales with customers
- Accurately record and maintain all quotes/sales data in the CRM.
- Meet and or exceed sales goals.
- Provide a report on Monthly sales data to management.
