Subiaco Restoration (Osborne Park)
is a well established supplier & retailer of building products including timber, gas & wood heaters and hardware products to both the trade & retail markets.
Position Purpose:
Actively promote and facilitate the sale of products to customers, ensuring excellent customer service and experience
Responsibilities - Sales & Customer Service:
- Promote and facilitate sales of Company products to prospective and existing customers.
- Provide product demonstrations.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Provide a high level of customer service and provide a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain a current knowledge of products and attend product training as required.
- Ensure the showroom is presentable and clean.
- Respond to customer complaints, facilitate positive resolutions to complaints and escalate as required.
- Understand the specific needs of customers to ensure tailored product solutions.
- Strive toward meeting monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with the loading of goods and coordinate delivery of goods where required.
- Assist in the opening and closing of the showroom as required.

Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in sales/customer service roles desirable but not essential.
- Basic understanding of MYOB.
- General understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite
