The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sales team in this full-time permanent role. You will be part of a collaborative, fun, and supportive team that thrives on customer service and sales.
Your role will be to convert both inbound and outbound sales leads and provide the best health insurance options based on the customers' needs. We are looking for passionate sales individuals who strive for success, and in return, you will be rewarded with great incentives for your hard work.
The start date for this role will be Monday 17th of June, working on a rotating roster between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, including one Saturday a month, 9 am to 4 pm.
You will be provided with two weeks of comprehensive training which will be conducted virtually, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (AEST), and full attendance is required.
This is a hybrid role that will allow you to work both from home and at a retail store close to you. The requirement to work in-store will be subject to business requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting needs analysis through effective questions and providing the most suitable products to our customers
- Create value by highlighting features and benefits, unique services, and diversified product options
- Objection handling
- Fund product comparisons
- Building rapport to understand our customers and ensure a positive customer experience
- Providing complete and accurate information to our customers by following compliance guidelines

- You are great at communicating over the phone in a compassionate and friendly manner
- You will have experience working with targets in a sales environment
- You can think on your feet and tailor your response to different situations and people
- You thrive on being able to solve problems and offer solutions
