AddressWe are looking to immediately fill a permanent full-time position for a Restaurant Manager in our busy restaurant Gemelli Italian Broadbeach.The duties you will be expected to complete in this position include but are not limited to:Ensure customer satisfaction & experience
Ensure the profitable and safe operation of the restaurant
Work together with our chefs and cooks to help create innovative menus that will work well within our restaurant
Having consideration for our budgets being responsible for the purchase and sales of required items
Being responsible for the planning and smooth running of events and functions
Carefully monitor our stock levels and maintain detailed records of stock movement
Account for all financial transactions and reconcile figures daily
Always ensure that health and safety regulations are met
Being responsible for the restaurant's overall appearance and also functionality
Creating a personal rapport with our customers and strive to exceed their expectations
Selecting and employing new staff when necessary
Training and supervising floor and kitchen staff to ensure our service is always as desired, and step into assisting customers when and if required
We require the following:Possess at least two years’ experience in a similar roleBe consistent and able to work well in a teamBe able to work in a busy restaurant always delivering top-notch service
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
