SALES CONSULTANT ROLE DUTIES INCLUDE
Maintaining store presentation & merchandising standards
Processing invoices & purchase order
Follow up on orders due in and updating customers
Answering phones, emails & online orders daily
Processing incoming stock orders
Consulting with customers to help them have a positive buying experience
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in all aspects of sales and Bedding/Furniture & Bulky goods preferable
Ability to work a part of a team & autonomously
Self-motivated with good time management skills
Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills
Basic Computer skills
Occasionally work at other store locations within the business
Motivated & willing to learn
Able to work with and manage KPI’s
Minimum 4 days per week including weekends
