In this role you will build rapport with premium clients and key residential interior designers. The ideal candidate will have high-end furniture sales and interior styling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales for residential and retail customers
- Take clients through furniture selection, customisation, and design consultation, both in the showroom and in-home (as required)
- Prepare design presentations for clients when needed
- Reach and exceed a defined set of KPIs and budgets
- Deliver after-sales service to encourage repeat business
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated high-end customer service or sales experience relevant to the residential interior design market
- Experience in high-end furniture sales
- Exceptional understanding of spatial planning, colour and fabric specification
- Demonstrated interior styling experience with a natural creative flair
- A strong personal interest in furniture and interior design
- Interior Design tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential)
