Salary: $55,000 - $72,000 + Super
Hours: Full Time Sunday to Thursday - 8 hours between 7:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries, and process transactions.
- Sales: Achieve sales targets, participate in promotions, and handle returns.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products, conduct demonstrations, and maintain displays.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, follow up for satisfaction.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are well-stocked and organized.
Salary: $55,000 - $72,000 + Super

Skills Required
- Experience in hardware, tiles or kitchen/bathroom products.
- Experience in a retail environment and working with trade/builder customers.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong customer service and complaint handling skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
