Scholastic Australia is seeking to appoint a fulltime Education Sales Consultant. You will be selling and supporting our educational programs and resources.
Your goal is to sell-in and support our high quality education products to your assigned schools. This role is ideally suited to a primary teacher looking for a sales role, or someone with phone sales experience looking to work in the education market.
With a mix of traditional reading programs and digital offerings, you have a diverse range of products to present to each of your schools. Your challenge is to understand what works best with customer’s teaching goals and help them deliver the best to their students.
Base Salary plus sales target incentive payment.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A love of sales and a drive to succeed
- Excellent planning, organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work across a wide product base
- Some experience in outbound telephone sales
A teaching background or an understanding of the primary school market in Australia would be an advantage
Ongoing training and support will be provided.
