In this role, you will respond to inbound sales inquiries, attend networking events, assist in the collection of information and and build out your territroy.
The Role:
- Providing excellent customer service and support to new and existing customers both in person and over phone/email/livechat
- Assist with related administration futies
- Contacting and following up new customer leads via phone/email
- Build out guest lists and attend company/networking events
- Provide customer insights to marketing team
- Customer service or sales experience highly preferred with a confident phone manner
- High level of personal appearance
- Strong ability to take initiative, problem solve and take ownership of your responsibilities
- Personable, friendly and bright attitude. Presentable and excellent communication skills
- Experience or interest in the car industry particularly from a rental or dealership business is ideal though not essential
