Location: Adelaide SA
Hybrid (3 days in the office & 2 days from Home after 2 months of training)
Remuneration: OTE $120K - $150K + Super (Base + Uncapped Commissions + Super)

The role
The role of Sales Consultant – novated leasing, is a call centre-based sales role where you will nurture warm leads and walk customers through a process to assist them in deciding to enter into a novated lease agreement.  The market has been booming due to the FBT exemption on electric vehicles, so this is an ideal time to join this growing organisation.

The role has the following responsibilities:

• nurture warm customer leads 
• educate customers on the benefits of novated leasing
• provide novated leasing quotations
• assist customers with credit applications while maintaining strong customer service throughout the process
• identify and refer cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• meeting KPI targets

The ideal candidate
While having novated leasing experience is an advantage, our client hires based on attitude.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales or financial services, will have an engaging personality, excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed. Your success will only be limited by your ambition.
