Package
$65,000 per annum plus superannuation, with uncapped commission potential

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and processes
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
Requirements
- A track record of success in sales, with experience in both inbound and outbound calling preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
