The successful candidate will possess: 

• Agent's Representative Certificate
• Real Estate/sales experience 
• The ability to remain calm and continue to progress when under pressure 
• Exemplary attention to detail and pride in the level of service they provide to clients
• Excellent time management, prioritisation & communication skills
• High degree of computer literacy (i.e. Microsoft, Outlook etc)
• Positive and resilient nature 
• Tenacious, team player, 'can-do' attitude
• Pride in their presentation
• Current driver's license & a reliable vehicle

What are your responsibilities?

• Vendor management 
• Buyer management
• Completing Open and Private inspections
• Compilation of accurate market analysis' 
• Arrange marketing campaigns 
• Liaising with clients to generate new businesses
• Championing the current database and building your own network of clientele
