Sales Consultant Or Junior Sales Consultant

Hodges Carrum Downs are again expanding.  Due to significant growth in our sales department, we have an incredible opportunity to become part of their dynamic, fun and incredibly driven team!!  In this challenging, busy & rewarding role you will be responsible for supporting the Director in a variety of sales and lead generation aspects.

We are looking for someone who is hard working with a strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry; someone looking to become their own agent. We are open to a junior wishing to begin their career or a sales person already in the industry looking to align themselves with a respected brand.

You will be given every opportunity to succeed including listings to stand on, training and your own large territory that is exclusively yours.

We will show you how to become a stand alone agent, list and sell property in addition to helping you achieve an amazing income.  It will involve a lot of hard work and dedication, make no mistake, but your hard work does pay off.

The successful applicant will have:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• A passion in helping the customer to achieve their goals
• A hunger to grow with a great sense of humbleness
• The willingness to learn 
• A high standard of personal presentation
• The ability to use initiative
• A driver’s license with your own transport
• An Agents Representative Certificate  (this is essential and is mandatory requirement for this role); and
• Be able to work every Saturday for open for inspections

You will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Lead agent sales support
• Buyer management & liaison
• Lead generation & listing
• Prospecting (door knocking, community events, cold and hot prospecting calls). Exceptional customer service and interaction skills are a must
• Preparing and attending open home inspections
• Preparing, attending and assisting at auctions
