The Job!
Key duties will include;
- Being the knowledgeable face of the project, responsible for sales delivery and customer engagement
- Delivering on sales objectives and targets
- Building a database of prospects, and ongoing database management
- Reporting and commentary on sales activity
- Daily workflow tasks, such as CRM management, contract preparation, client follow-up etc.
- Networking and stakeholder management, including builders, and the project developer
- Sell and manage the day to day activities in land sales on the lagest masterplanned community in the South East!
- General administrative tasks
- Utilise existing networks to generate sales
About You!
We are looking for an equally passionate individual, who wants to embrace their job and will take genuine enjoyment out of coming to work every day. The successful individual will be smiley, bubbly, friendly, exceptional attention to detail and have superb organisational and interpersonal skills.
In addition, to the wish list above, you will also have the following;
Qualifications
- Current drivers’ licence and car
- Agents Rep or Licence
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years’ real estate sales experience (Preferably in the Land Retailing or building industry)
Competencies/ Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and strong relationships
- A passion for success and strong work ethic
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and goal orientated
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Detailed administrative skills
- Approachable and friendly
