Job Description: As a Knock Down Rebuild Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the process of replacing their existing homes with new, custom-built residences. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, and guide them through every step of the KDRB process, from initial consultation to finalising design and construction plans. Your exceptional communication and sales skills will enable you to establish strong relationships with clients and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with potential clients to discuss their Knock Down Rebuild options and assess their needs and goals.
- Educate clients about the KDRB process, including design, construction, and permitting.
- Provide guidance on design and construction options, offering expert advice on how to optimize their new home.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes tailored to clients' specific requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure client needs are accurately represented in plans and designs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the KDRB process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure projects are progressing smoothly and meeting clients' expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to provide clients with the best possible options.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the custom home building or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices and building codes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
Previous Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Knock Down Rebuild Sales.
