About The Role
As a Custom Made Consultant you'll be on the road providing in-home consultations to customers, advising on the best solutions for their needs and using our industry-leading online system to input measurements. In addition to this, you'll be responsible for:
* Achieving maximum sales for your store and region
* Managing customer experiences through the sales cycle
* Building a customer base through lead generation & prospecting
* Meeting/exceeding performance standards in key areas
Skills & Experience
* Have a valid driver's licence
* You'll be self-motivated with sales
* Self Starter mentality
* Previous retail or other relevant customer-focussed experience
* Previous experience with in home sales or made to measure is highly regarded
* Ability to work evenings/weekends
* Effective negotiation & up selling/ cross-selling ability
* Strong organisation, admin and time management skills
* The ability to use online systems and software quickly & accurately
* A focus on driving win-win solutions
* Be willing to obtain a Police Clearance
