Sales Consultant – The Lane Group
The Lane Group are a privately owned multi-franchise motor vehicle group who are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant with exceptional customer service skills to join our team.
Whether you are experienced in the automotive sales, or looking to start your career in the industry, we want to hear from you!
Key qualifications and essential criteria:
- Sales experience.
- Hold an unrestricted WA Driver’s Licence.
- Have a current WA Salesperson licence or be willing to obtain.
- Able to consistently meet KPI’s and targets.
- Self-motivated and driven for success!
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment.
- Be a team player.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Identifying customers’ buying needs and providing solutions.
- Logging and tracking enquiries.
- Answering phone calls and booking appointments.
- Following a set sales process.
- Day-to-day dealership maintenance.
- Achieving set sales targets and KPIs.
