About the role:
Working out of our showroom in Osborne Park, you will assist our customers with selecting one off products for a small bathroom renovation, to helping a client design their whole kitchen or bathroom to working with designers and architects working on a new build.
You will take the time to really hear and understand our customers’ needs to so that you can advise the best fit for their project.
We know that the administration side of sales takes time, so we have structured our showroom opening hours of Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm to ensure you have plenty of time to keep on top of this, whilst still balancing work and home life with ease.
About you:
You will have experience in Customer Service roles, and ideally have experience in Sales, but to us, character outweighs experience, and we will hire good people and teach what is needed about our products. That being said, a passion and / or understanding of design or the building process will be a definite advantage.
You will have a demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and rapport with people which will enable you to provide the best possible service in the showroom.
