Sales Consultant

Competitive salary $63,000 p.a. plus super + uncapped commissions

About the role:
As a Sales Consultant you will work within a friendly and supportive team-oriented environment where you will play a key role in providing a high quality first point of contact for inbound sales calls ensuring customers receive the best possible care and advice. You will be responsible for nurturing leads from quote to completion and delivering novated leasing products to customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with inbound sales calls while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Generate and nurture a pipeline of leads and convert opportunities to financing, sourcing and/or disposal of vehicles for customers
Provide quality advice to customers regarding relevant relevant novated leasing services
Consistently meeting KPI's as required
Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others
Skills and Experience: Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in a sales contact centre environment or frontline sales whether in a b2b or b2c environment. If you bring experience in these areas and are motivated to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Extremely clear and high level communication skills
Ability to work in a phone-based sales environment - experience in a sales-based call centre environment preferred (b2b or b2c)
Experience in a frontline sales environment will also be highly regarded
Experience pipelining and nurturing leads
Motivated to learn and succeed while demonstrating resilience and adaptability
Excellent ability to work in a team-based environment
Open to all industries (e.g. insurance, telecom, leasing, automotive, solar etc.) and university graduates
Training and Induction
