SALES CONSULTANTS

Earn up to c. $200K+ on target sales. Uncapped Potential. Base up to $120K based on experience.
 
This organisation is an emerging renewable energy technology company who have developed renewable energy systems and bespoke solutions for their clients including fixed and tracking solar systems, wind turbines, geothermal power plants, industrial and grid scale battery installation, plastic and tyre recycling, water treatment, battery manufacturing, e-trucks, and research and development for other new products.
 
They have developed bulk energy storage (incorporating built-in back up) that cost less than the current electricity grid, using proven thermodynamic and fiscal energy optimisation design principles that exceed international standards. They are dedicated to significantly reducing carbon footprints in Australian households by spearheading innovations in smart energy management technology.
 
This technology is supported by a group of professionally registered and chartered team of multi-disciplinary Engineers (Biochemical, Chemical, Electro-Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Petroleum, Thermodynamic and Structural) who can deliver turn-key systems and solutions through the organisation’s Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) business.
 
About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will strategically engage with clients through extensive networking, providing expert guidance in selecting and designing optimal solar, storage, EV chargers, heat pumps and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their sector experience to identify and capitalize on opportunities, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.

Requirements:
You are a natural born hunter. A proven professional with a robust network, track record of success and deep sector expertise, ideally gained within Commercial and Industrial environments, although Residential experience is also well regarded. Essential to this role is demonstrated success in the solar industry and a proactive approach to learning and thriving in renewable energy.
 
Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in sales pipeline management software.
  • Demonstrated reliability, independence, and integrity.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Expertise in building client relationships and closing high-value deals.
  • Successful candidates will be driven by KPIs, self-motivated, quick to adapt, and adept in utilizing technology to maximize efficiency.
