About the opportunity:
We are expanding our sales team and are looking for multiple sales professionals to join our award-winning team and family of brands.
FirstClass.com.au is a Luxury Travel agency specialising in high-end and premium travel itineraries for business and first-class passengers. Specialising in airfares, luxury packages and cruising worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Converting email and phone leads
- Booking first and business class flights, high-end cruises, accommodation and charters
- Working towards individual and team KPI’s
- Provide outstanding customer service and experience by adhering to FirstClass operational processes and framework
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Highly tuned sales skills
- Minimum 3 years travel industry and GDS experience (Amadeus preferable) in either retail or a corporate travel environment
- Ability to problem solve and perform under pressure
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full time, part time and casual Positions Available
What is in it for you?
- Monday to Friday business hours (7.5 hours per day within 830am-530pm)
- OTE $85,000 - $110,000 pa + super in your first year
