To support the Sales team in the management of customer accounts and key relationships.
Your day will involve:
- Support marketing and sales strategies in conjunction with the Account and Sales Managers.
- Provide support in the resolution of all customer complaints and rectifications
- Contribute to a healthy working environment and ensure adherence to all Boral policies
- Maintain and develop product knowledge and related technical developments.
- Involvement in Boral's Continuous Improvement process.
- Assist in the development of ideas and strategies that provide more productive operating systems.
- Previous experience in some form of sales roles
- Proven ability and experience in customer service and administration
- Excellent people skills and communication skills;
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Experience in the construction industry (Advantageous)
- Proficient MS Office skills;
- Strong attention to detail
- Organisation dedicated to health, safety and the environment
