The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinatorto join Cleanaway’s Liquid & Technical Services (LTS) division which specialises in Liquid & Hazardous Waste Management.
Based in Kwinana WA Cleanaway branch you will support the sales team and support our clients across our WA region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will work with a team of highly driven technical sales professionals. Additionally, the role will see you.
- Assisting with customer enquiries – raising and preparing customer quotations and sales orders
- Communicating with the sales team on a range of CRM topics – e.g. ways to maximise system usage, function and features, reporting and relevant updates/changes
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports and other internal reports
- Supporting the customer facing field sales team, travel arrangements, functions/conferences, meetings, and coordinating agendas
- Identifying and implementing new or improved sales administration processes and procedures
About You
- Experience in a similar role, Inside Sales or Field Sales role with a background to B2B selling
- Dynamic and resilient character with the ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to execute plans in timely manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior exposure to working with (CRM) Customer Relationship Management preferably Salesforce
- Excellent time management, work organization and attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with and prior experience working with Salesforce
