About You:
Are you an Event Coordinator enthusiast with a passion for culinary excellence? Do you possess a keen eye for detail and a drive for sales success? We're looking for a self-motivated, innovative, and growth-driven individual to join us as Event Coordinator and Sales.
The Role:
As our Event Coordinator and Sales, you'll be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the event sales process end-to-end with meticulous attention to detail.
- Build strong corporate and private client relationships, building trust with a loyal client base
- Working closely with the Head Chef to create bespoke menus for a variety of events
- Managing all elements of the events (staffing, logistics, external vendors) through event software, ensuring all information is captured
- Working closely with the General Manager to develop new partnerships and Sales opportunities through proactive client management
- Leading internal meetings to report on sales and brief the team on upcoming events
- Communicating effectively with internal teams to coordinate flawless events.
- Upholding our brand's reputation for excellence and professionalism in all interactions and communications.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, events, and/or F&B management (required)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Proficiency with technology, particularly event management software and the Microsoft suite.
- High attention to detail.
- Displays refinement and professionalism in every task.
