Barcats is growing and getting busier by the day, and we have a great opportunity for a Sales Supporter extraordinaire Admin Executive to join the team!
This role is the one for you if you love getting into lists, excel spreadsheets, following up with customers by phone and working within a fast-paced team. You will need to be self-motivated, and able to hustle!
The ideal candidate will be great at multitasking, have efficient use of time and be an expert on the computer. This role is based in our Wynyard office Sydney working directly with a fab team based in the office and remotely.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with outside stakeholders by phone, email or in-person to ensure a high level of customer service
- Support the Key Account Managers in each state to ensure quality control of processes and end to end client deliverables are met
- Review of account data to ensure the accuracy of the information reported to key customers and to ensure compliance
- Phone calls to customers, accounts and staff to follow up on job applications
- Assistance in coordinating data and the collation of quarterly client reports
- Weekly and Monthly scorecard compilation
- Customer Success interaction with our customer base
- Help out with the team as required - A start up mindset
- Having fun and leading from the front
