About the role
An opportunity now exists for an experienced and motivated Sales Coordinator to join JB Hi-Fi’s Commercial Sales division, located in our Support Office in Southbank Melbourne. This role is primarily responsible for supporting a team of Account Managers on a day-to-day basis with the successful fulfilment of orders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the key point of contact for key accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and emails
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers
- Liaise with internal and external stake holders
- Provide quotations (new business & current customers) to our Clients within required SLA's
- Review backorders and follow-up invoices
About you
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Able to work well within a fast-paced team environment
- Have good business acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Able to provide our Customers with holistic solutions to their requirements
- Have good written and verbal skills
- Are competent using the Microsoft Office suite as well as having a working knowledge of Salesforce
- Have good attention to detail
- Love working in the ICT technology sector and have IT Knowledge
- Have great research skills and the ability to construct winning deals
- Have a good phone manner and are confident dealing with Customers and Vendors
- Are a team player and want to make a difference to our business highly regarded/desirable
