We have been crafting confectionery for over 70 years. Our brands are: Wizz Fizz, Pink Lady Chocolates, Superior Liquorice Co., Bush Friends and Ballantyne. We are a successful and well-known food manufacturer looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The key activities of the role are:
- Customer Service/Sales – communicate with our customers regarding enquiries relating to sales orders, product availability, product selection, delivery/logistics, rebates, catalogue information, etc.;
- Support sales in promotional activities – promotional/pricing submissions/tender assistance/calendar updates, including generating associated documentations, retail portal updates and calendar management;
- Manage, reconcile, investigate and resolve pricing, stock credits etc.
- Gather, consolidate and reconcile rebates, terms etc.;
- Support forecasting/demand planning requirements with production, sales and customers;
- Customer order processing;
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation and collateral (e.g customer price lists, product portfolio presentations, order forms and trading terms documentation (in conjunction with Finance);
- Administrative support - data entry and sales reporting;
- Update and maintain new and existing product information in our inventory system;
- Coordinate trade show activities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
With your can-do, engaging and bubbly manner, you will fit in perfectly. You have well developed experience in a sales coordination role in FMCG and have a passion and commitment to sales and service. You also:
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Are a proactive problem-solver - you own a problem through to a resolution, ensuring our customers’ questions, concerns and issues are managed professionally, swiftly and effectively;
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Have strong IT skills - MS Office, SAP B1; Retailer portals, Qlik reporting, GS1 database experience (ideally);
- Good understanding of forecasting and supply chain processes;
- Flexible and organized with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
