- Providing administrative support to nominated Account Managers in an effective, detailed and timely manner
- Delivering a high level of client satisfaction through providing prompt, customer focused and professional responses to enquiries and requests, especially questions from clients and with client requirements (i.e. bookings, material, rates, and research)
- Proactively provide support and embrace joint responsibility with Account Managers for client activity and internal reporting activity in the following areas: Post Campaign Reports, Designing, preparing and checking client proposals. Booking procedure - writing, client authorisation, entering & checking confirmations, providing the client with confirmations, filing of broadcast agreements with appropriate paperwork attached.
- Ensuring collaboration with other members of the SCA Sport team
- Being the Key point of contact in the absence of the Account Manager to ensure the needs of our clients and agencies are met in a customer focused manner
- Ensuring that the occupational health and safety of you and your fellow employees is a treated as a priority whilst ensuring action to prevent hazards is taken.
- Supporting the broader administration team when required, performing duties such as; reception cover, printing of SCA collateral and supporting with day to day office duties.
- Strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges with a positive mindset
- Experience in managing client databases, and research programs
