About the role
As a Sales Coordinator for our online marketplace, you drive sales growth for marketplace sellers and contribute directly to the overall growth and success of our online marketplace. Reporting to the Marketplace & Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Creating seller promotions and shortlisting sales to be highlighted in our EDMs to drive traffic.
- Negotiating deals with sellers for promotions based on current trends, seasonality, and clearance opportunities.
- Writing banner briefs and merchandising promotions to align with current trends and seasonality.
- Use analytical tools to review current sales performance and action learnings to boost future sales performance.
- Analyse external market performance data and metrics to identify trends and new opportunities for sellers such as procurement of new brands or products.
The long-term goal of this role is to build strong relationships with our sellers and improve their overall performance on our platform.
About you:
- Demonstrate experience in merchandising, account management, sales, or customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or online marketplace environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build seller relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Located in Windsor, this is a hybrid role with a mix of work-from-home and office days.
