In this newly created role, you will be reporting to the Manager Spare Parts and be responsible for:
- Coordinate all aspects of Spare Parts including sales, purchasing, stock management, parts interpretation and most importantly exceptional customer service.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both, internal and external, stake holders, including establishing, developing, and maintaining positive customer and supplier relationships, and swift resolution to all customer inquiries.
- Increasing and maximising all parts sales opportunities through a high level of customer service and engagement with all value chain partners.
- Handling customer inquiries through interpretation, quotation, invoicing, and logistics processes.
- Engaging with suppliers and logistics officer to facilitate timely sourcing of parts requirements to fulfill customer demands.
- Engaging with our customer by following up on quotes and updating on orders.
- Supporting resolution of pricing, supply discrepancies and returns as required.
- Preparing quotations, sales orders for projects and updating quote registers.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
- Knowledge of MAN ES equipment & machinery and technical language highly advantageous.
- Experience in same/similar role advantageous including working with Spare Parts catalogues.
- Knowledge on Tariff classifications and duties.
- Efficient communication and collaboration with your team and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, Outlook skills.
- Experience in ERP systen such as SAP advantageous.
- Understanding of service based business operations.
