About the role
We are seeking an energetic and results driven Parts Sales Coordinator to join the team at our Tamworth branch.
Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to key stakeholders. You will be a highly motivated and proactive individual who thrives on a challenging fast paced role and is passionate about customer experience.
This role requires the ability to fulfil customers requirements and needs, actively participating in regular stocktakes as well as assisting with warehousing duties such as picking, packing, dispatching parts and general housekeeping.
Our successful candidate will work 10.5-hour shift from Monday to Friday with the opportunity for overtime available.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact for all customers' parts orders
- Inbound order call management
- Data processing
- Parts interpretation
- Follow up customer enquiries and fulfill their requirements and needs
- Regular Stocktakes
- Assisting with warehousing duties such as picking, packing, and dispatching parts
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a high-level customer service role
- An aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/services
- Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Intermediate computer literacy skills - MS Office and internet-based applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of team members
- Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer every time
- Forklift and Drivers licence class C
- Familiarity with Caterpillar processes or equipment would be highly regarded however not essential
