Pacific People Solutions is very pleased to partner with the team at Watt Utilities to assist them in sourcing a Sales & Customer Relationship Manager for their Corporate Office based in Robina, on the Gold Coast.

We are seeking an inspired individual who is capable of leading and mentoring the sales team. You will also enjoy partnering with the Energy Analysts and be an experienced sales professional who is capable of developing & maintaining deep business relationships with their existing customers whilst sourcing new business opportunities.

The successful Sales & Customer Relationship Manager will have a proactive mindset and be a resilient individual who is capable of sourcing solutions for their customers as well as identifying cross sell opportunities.

We would be really pleased to receive your application should you possess:

• Experience in leading a sales team within the energy, telco, strata/body corporate sector.
• Proven experience in leading a targeted sales campaign with the ability to identify new opportunities.
• An analytical mind who enjoys working with numbers and large volumes of data
• Experience with MS Office – Word, Excel (Intermediate) Google Suite and CRM’s
• High level of professional written & verbal communication skills
• A positive and team focussed attitude with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform to a high standard in a pressurised environment.
• Customer centric mindset coupled with the ability to be target focussed.
