We provide our small, mid-tier enterprises and multi-nationals clients design, management, cyber security, and support for their information technology infrastructure. We are a cloud first organisation, building our solutions around Microsoft’s extensive cloud offering, both M365 and Azure.

About the Job

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your sales skills and make an impact on the world of IT? Intelliworx is hiring Sales Development Representatives who can generate leads, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our executive team across the globe. You will be part of a dynamic, global, and collaborative team that is passionate about helping customers achieve their goals with our innovative solutions and services.

Your role as a global Sales Development Representative will include generating leads, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling meetings for our executive team in Australia, UK and the US. You will have flexible hours to accommodate all the time zones. You will also participate in market research, designing sales campaigns, and giving feedback to enhance our sales tactics. You will collaborate with our marketing and executive teams to reach our sales targets and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential customers via email, phone, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and prospects based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for our executive team with qualified prospects.
  • Track and update the status of leads and prospects in our CRM.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Create and execute sales campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Join sales and partner events to increase brand awareness and generate demand.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our sales processes and tools.

The following skills are REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years + experience in Sales Development or B2B sales, preferably in the tech space, are essential, this is not an entry level role.
  • Experience in an end-to-end SDR role, and ability to prospect cold leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CRM and marketing automation experience.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
