They’re looking to add an experienced and motivated SDR to join them on their journey to assist in driving growth and delivering exceptional value to the market and future clients.
The Role:
As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the executive team and wider business functions with the ability to leverage cutting-edge technology to enable success in your role. Whilst contributing to the continued success and expansion of the business across various industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social media, to generate interest in our project/job management software solutions.
- Qualify leads and prospects based on established criteria, effectively identifying opportunities for further engagement and potential fit with our offerings.
- Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their unique business challenges, goals, and requirements, and articulate how our software solutions can address their needs and deliver value.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings and demos, ensuring a smooth handover of leads and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions and differentiate our offering in the marketplace.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
- 6-12+ months of phone sales experience in any discipline, with preference towards the SaaS/Tech space.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools is a plus.
