Our cutting-edge technology solutions and data-driven insights already help our customers reduce 22% on average or 100,000 tonnes of CO2 annually, however, for net zero by 2050 to be a reality we need to do more by continually enhancing our products. 

The Opportunity 

The Sales Director oversees a portfolio of assigned customers/logos in Australia and be accountable to deliver an annual sales target.   This will comprise: 

  • Development of new business from existing customers/logos; and  
  • Pro-actively hunt and develop new business from approved new customers/logos 

As a Sales Director, you are a long-term relationship builder and trusted by both your customers and your peers. You collaborate with local and global Sales colleagues to achieve sales targets, and with the EP&T Customer Delivery and Customer Success teams to provide business insights and keep your customers satisfied and engaged with EP&T products and services. 

Your responsibilities 

Create impact through securing large portfolio wins in CRE: land, expand and renew local, regional and global contracts from REITs, property owners, portfolio managers, sustainability managers, fund managers and asset managers in your territory. 

Customer Love & Engagement: Develop, nurture and optimize a consistent,  
world­‑class customer experience with your customers, with a focus on relieving their pain points and challenges, and delivering solutions beyond their expectation. 

Understand the Data & Deliver the Numbers: Take responsibility for sales target delivery, data hygiene in CRM, analysing customer requirements to deliver on or above your targets, and deliver the key success metrics that drive sustainable revenue and growth. 

Learn, Grow and Unlock Potential: Develop a curious, innovative and continuous leaning environment to unlock the potential and hidden strengths of the team. Provide guidance, support and coaching/mentoring to other team members and share your knowledge and expertise to help others grow. Assist the Head of Global Sales by identifying capability and training needs to better enable a high performing global sales team in order to achieve EP&T’s strategic goals. 

The Talented Individual 

Customer Centric & Commercially Minded business builder with: 

  • A strong background in Sales within the Commercial Real Estate or PropTech sectors 
  • Proven ability to successfully develop and execute a sales strategy for each account that will generate the most impact within your assigned customers, market and territory. 
  • Proven track record of delivering key sales success metrics that drive sustainable revenue and growth. 
  • Excellent relationship building experience and ability to win the client's trust and establish a long-term partnership. 

Additionally, you will ideally have:  

  • 5+ years in a senior sales position within the Commercial Real Estate or PropTech sectors 
  • Tertiary education in Engineering, Science, Business or Finance 
  • Exceptional skills in delivering sales targets in the technology industry  
  • Exceptional stakeholder management  
  • Exceptional communication 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
