Our client—Highlands Recovery—is a world-class centre for excellence offering residential care for those looking to help themselves or a loved one living with trauma and stress-related disorders, including addiction and substance abuse, and mental health problems.
Supported by a multi-disciplinary team and set in a serene Southern Highlands environment with beautiful amenities, the centre offers holistic, individualised programs built around the behavioural medicine model of clinical care, which believes in recovery that lasts a lifetime.
In the words of the centre’s acclaimed Clinical Director, Dr Rash Joseph, “our centre gives clients the why of their behaviour, so they’re able to construct the how, as in how to recover… we treat untreated trauma not just addiction.” For these and other reasons, Highlands Recovery is unlike traditional Australian rehabilitation centres.
So, the centre’s dedicated specialists can concentrate on helping individuals in crisis reclaim their lives, our client is seeking an empathetic and organised Sales executive/Administrator to focus on the behind-the-scenes machinations, ensuring the centre goes from strength to strength.
When those facing personal challenges—or a family member or friend who knows someone needing guidance and support—contact the centre, yours will be the first voice they hear. For many, making that initial call is a huge and brave step, so you’ll need to be an active and attentive listener who’s warm, welcoming, and nurturing. You’ll also need to keep a close eye on the inbox and social media platforms and respond swiftly and professionally to those enquiries, too. So exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, as are multitasking and time-management skills. And you’ll be tech savvy and detail focused.
You’ll come into the role with a clear understanding of the centre’s philosophy, facilities, and team, and you'll be able to explain what sets our client’s centre apart from other residential centres, as well as the costs involved. As you settle into the role, your commitment, belief and drive will convert enquiries into bookings, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
If you’re highly attuned to the emotions and energies of others, as well as methodical and self-motivated, this position could be the perfect fit, especially if you’re able to start within the month. Ideally, this is a full-time role, but part time will be considered for the right person.
